Excellent breakfast options, good gym and pool facilities, quiet and clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service, convenient shuttle service to nearby areas.

The hotel offered excellent breakfast choices and had good gym facilities. The location was great and right next to Sukhumvit avenue. The staff were friendly and courteous with efficient reception assistance. Parking facilities were available and transportation was easily accessible with taxis for trips to the nearby shopping center.

Everything is what I need and want.

We stayed in a modern and spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom. the hotel's gym and pool were excellent amenities. Its location, right next to Sukhumvit avenue, is convenient for shopping and exploring the neighbourhood's charm. If you're willing to take a cab, it is also a good starting point for excursions to the beach or other destinations.

The reception staff seemed uncoordinated and confused during check-in, leading to confusion and lengthy explanations.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen area to cook your own meals. The hotel location was great, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to find a good meal or buy a souvenir. Also, the hotel had a shuttle service to city centre that was useful and affordable.

The air conditioning was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep at times. Moreover, the bathroom was not well-maintained and the shower had low water pressure. Additionally, despite the fact that the staff was friendly and welcoming, they were struggling to provide efficient service sometimes.
